North Forty Services was built around a simple idea: show up, work hard, do what you say you’re going to do, and leave the property better than you found it.

 

I’m Ben Adams, owner of North Forty Services. I grew up in the Kansas City area and have been doing hands-on outdoor work for most of my life. I started mowing lawns around age 10 and went on to work in landscaping, on tree farms, and in other jobs where long days and hard work were simply part of getting the job done.

 

After years of taking different paths, I decided to get back to the kind of work I’ve always known and build something of my own.

 

WHY “NORTH FORTY”?

 

The name is personal.

 

My grandfather owned a forty-acre piece of land just north of his home. We simply called it “the North Forty.” It was a place where I spent a lot of time growing up and one that has always meant something to me.

 

When it came time to name this company, North Forty felt right. It represents where I come from, the value of a hard day’s work, and the kind of reputation I want this business to earn.

 

WHAT WE DO

 

North Forty Services provides hands-on property services for homeowners, landlords, property managers, contractors, and businesses throughout the Kansas City area.

 

Our work includes junk removal, estate and property cleanouts, demolition, hauling, yard debris removal, general yard and property cleanup, material delivery, and site services.

 

Some jobs fit neatly into a category. Others don’t. If you have a property that needs cleaned up, cleared out, torn down, hauled away, or simply needs some extra manpower, give us a call.
